We had such a great experience, and two people really stood out. Bethany, who answered the phone, was so sweet and got us all sorted without any hassle. Then Josh came out as our technician, and he was just fantastic and super knowledgeable but also really down to earth. He didn't just fix the issue, he made sure we understood what was going on and actually seemed to care!

Called because furnace was overheating. Philip came out and found our problem. This tech is amazing. He explained everything he did, what we could do to make better air flow in our home, and even gave us a pamphlet for different plans to help if we needed services in the next year.

Woke up Saturday morning in a pool of sweat. At some point over night our AC went out. Tech Philip arrived with his helper within just a couple hours. They had us up and running in a short time. Cost was very reasonable for Saturday service. Definitely recommend Elevate Heating and Cooling.

This company goes the extra mile. Philip came back after fixing my PTAC unit which I thought might have other issues. He graciously came back to look into my issue, and it turned out I just needed more training on how to work my PTAC unit. He took the time to explain how my unit works and how to get it to do what I want it to do. I can't recommend this company enough! They really care and are reasonable and honest.

Technician came quickly (on a Saturday even.....) and had the problem diagnosed quickly. Waited for my approval to make the minor repair, which was also completed quickly. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Elevate was able to get me in the same week I called for a Fall maintenance service. They sent Phillip out and I’m not sure I’ve ever had a tech be so thorough. Our unit is only a few years old, but he caught and fixed issues with some of the settings that no previous tech found. He also patiently answered all of my questions.

They also gave a digital report of the system at the end of the appointment.

Elevate turned around an initially unsatisfactory experience into a positive one. The owner reached out personally to ensure my concerns were addressed, setting up a follow-up appointment with a senior technician. The technician was thorough, taking the time to perform a full tune-up and maintenance, all while ensuring I had a much better experience. Josh did a great job getting our AC back to working order. Showed up on time, proved to be very knowledgeable, and completed the work in a timely manner. He didn’t leave a mess, and was sure to take care of everything we needed before he left. It’s hard to find technicians that check all the boxes, but Josh did just that. He seems to be passionate about his job, and my home benefitted because of it. I appreciate all his work. Thank you Josh!!!

Josh, Phillip, and Miguel are simply awesome! They installed my new AC today and then went above and beyond to fix my second air conditioner which was also having issues.
